Scientists have discovered that when you listen to your favorite song/artist/beat you brain automatically feels better, and your heart is protected and the chances for getting a heart attack are getting smaller.
“DID YOU KNOW: -Kissing is healthy. -Bananas are good for cramps.-Chicken soup actually makes you feel better. -Its true. Guys DO insult you if they like you. -Having someone rub your tummy when it hurts actually helps it. -89% of guys would want girls to make the first move. -Girls love it when Guys hug them from behind the waist.-Chocolate makes you feel better. -Girls love it when guys let them wear their hoodie or jacket. -Guys think its cute when you mess up. -A true friend will NEVER judge you. -There is only one guy who is worth your tears. -If you have a dream about someone, then that person went to sleep thinking about you. -More guys…than girls will read this.Everyone likes surprises.”—(via xletdreamsbefree) (via undiscoveredunwritten) (via lexisaaaywhatx) (via yepitsnatalie) (via melaniex3) (via bitchitsmolly) (via eelsel) (via quatorze) (via random-junks) (via beeceeenarr) (via larar) (via cuadanica) (via claydeee)
Sometimes, when people are sad, nothing can really bring them back up right away. Not words, not good advice, or even the people around them trying to make them happy can't make them happy just like that. We should never tell someone to just be happy and forget about what's holding them down because we're not dealing with the pain in their heart. It takes time and patience for someone to get back up. It's not that easy.
I should be doing my Science assignment right now which is so long.
Oh wait, Tumblr muna. =))
Well, masaya tong araw na to. Pero, the hell, super dami ng homework! Nakakabaliw! Tapos may mga ipapaprint pa etcetera! Gusto ko nang umuwi kanina sa sobrang stress! Buti na lang may mga kaibigan ako na palatawa kaya nawawala.
I hate Mondays.
But I love my friends.
That’s why we went to McDo to celebrate my best friend’s 14th birthday. Super saya talaga. And nakakabusog! Biro mo, yung hindi ako kumain ng lunch kanina eh, McDo lang pala ang katapat! =)) Ganito pala ang second year.
Please, please, Lord! <3
“You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don’t try to forget the mistakes, but you don’t dwell on it. You don’t let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space.”—Johnny Cash (via imburstingwithfruitflavor)
If you had horrible back or stomach pain, you’d get yourself to a doctor (or emergency room!), immediately, right? Yet, when the pain is emotional—for instance, feeling persistently worried, sad or hopeless—people are likely to resist seeking help for months or even years.

I was playing Hotel City when suddenly it hanged. I was staring on the monitor for about five minutes then I decided to close the window instead.
And you know what? My laptop crashed. Then my long-time-no-talk cousin PMs me in Yahoo Messenger which was in a really wrong time because my laptop is crashing. So I couldn’t reply to his message. Then he BUZZ!-ed me. Which just makes the situation worser.
I don’t want him to think we still hate him (Long story, you won’t want to know). In fact, I never did. I wish this wasn’t proof for him to believe that we hate him. So then I replied to him via I’m mobile on YM that the laptop hanged and that we have classes already. That, in fact, was what he asked.
